Just back from the Doctor Who Prom, attended with becky-monster. Fantastic stuff. It's like a concert and the theatre and an episode of DW all mixed into one. It is, I understand, on iPlayer for a week and as it's radio anyone should be able to listen wherever in the world you are.

There was wibbly wobbly timey wimeyness galore in the DW season finale and I thought it was wonderful, but my head hurts. Matt Smith was superb. ( Spoilers! )

Am enjoying the new series of Doctor Who but I think Ten will probably always be my Doctor. That was a great episode. Toby Whithouse demonstrated why he deserves his own show (ie Being Human) with a fun, entertaining story that also developed characters.

Well, first things first, I think the Moff just Jossed the plotbunny I've been working on since last week. Maybe. Of course, you never can tell with the Moff, so I might just make some adjustments and see what happens.

Secondly, I think there's a theme of trust running through this series of Doctor Who. ( Who can you trust? )

Okay, so it's hard to approve of Roman Polanski on a personal level. But it's got to be said that he is a very good filmmaker, and I'd highly recommend The Ghost (I think it's released in the US as The Ghost Writer).
